Facilities and Operations P.R.I.D.E. on Full Display Across Organization

In Fall 2023, the Facilities and Operations Equity and Inclusion Council conducted the first annual “How do you work with P.R.I.D.E.” contest, allowing employees to share how they embody the organization's shared values. 

Through nearly two dozen submissions - individual or group, short and sweet or longer in form - the creativity, commitment and excitement that Facilities and Operations staff bring to their work shines.
 
The council reviewed each submission and shared with Facilities and Operations leadership. At the Facilities and Operations holiday party on December 14, 2023, it was announced that Columbia Residential received the top recognition for its submission. Congratulations to the team!
